Why Alma?

For a long time, I sought to be loved before being myself.

Breath goes where words cannot.

I took on roles I hadn't chosen, I gave my all, I tolerated the intolerable. I thought it was my personality. I didn't yet know it was a wound.

I did the work: therapy, hypnosis, reading.

I understood my patterns, put words to what I was experiencing.

And then my body spoke out in its own way, abruptly: an accident, immobilization, and a rehabilitation process. That's when I truly encountered breath. Not as a tool for well-being. As a return to myself.

Breathwork went where words couldn't. The mind understood, but the body was still carrying the burden. Something was released. Something was reorganized, deep within.

Alma was born from this journey. It's not a method. It's what I learned by getting lost, then finding myself again. I guide from that place. It is embodied, lived, real.

If you are here, it may be because something within you recognizes this path.

Welcome
