The mind has understood, the body waits.
You've done the work: the therapy, the books, the realizations.
You know where you come from, you know your patterns, you have put words to your wounds.
And yet. Something remains. A tension in the throat. A weight in the chest. An emotion you can't seem to fully process.
This is not a failure. It's simply that some things cannot be released through words. They are released through the body.
That's where breath comes in.
What breathwork allows
Breath goes where words cannot. It accesses the memories the body holds, the buried emotions, the tensions you carry without realizing it. Through conscious, connected breathing, something settles. Something is released. You return to yourself more whole, more present, lighter.
This isn't relaxation. It's an encounter with yourself.
For you if
You're already on your way: in therapy, working on yourself. You understand a lot in your head, but you feel like something's still stuck in your body. You want it to really come down. You're looking for a safe space to feel, without getting lost, to move through, to release without trying to control everything.

FAQ
What exactly is conscious and connected breathwork? Breathwork is a technique of conscious and connected breathing. We breathe at a specific rhythm to access what the body holds: repressed emotions, deep tensions, memories that words cannot reach.
Who is it for? For those already on a path, in therapy, in personal development, and who feel there's still something to release in their body. The mind understands. The body waits.
Is it dangerous? No, if you have no contraindications. This activity is not recommended in cases of cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, severe asthma, pregnancy, or following recent surgery. If in doubt, seek medical advice and contact me before booking.
How much does it cost? €50 for a 1.5-hour session in a small group.
What is the difference between this and meditation? Meditation calms the mind. Breathwork flows through the body. It is not a relaxation practice; it is an active, sometimes intense, experience that allows you to release what remains after mental work.
What does a session look like in practice? 1 hour 30 minutes in a small group. 15-minute introduction, 50 minutes of guided breathing, 10 minutes of integration, 15 minutes for sharing if you wish. Online or in person.
Does it work online? Yes. The experience is just as powerful online as it is in person. You'll need a quiet space, a mat, and headphones.
How many sessions are needed? A single session can be transformative. Many people return regularly because each session is a different experience; the body offers what it is ready to release at that moment.
