I took a Hatha class with Anne and loved it. The class was well-structured with a calm, mindful pace and a nice balance of strength and stretching. Their cues were clear, they offered modifications, and they paid attention to alignment without making it feel intimidating. The breathing reminders and the final relaxation were especially good. Highly recommend.
